GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
St. Mother Teresa Group of Colleges has set up a grievance redressal cell that will safeguard the basic human rights of all the professors, staff members, and students for a happy, comfortable and safe environment in the university area. The cell will actively work to identify, address and provide solutions to the grievances pertaining to the following problems faced by professors, staff members, and students: –
- Ragging,
- Discrimination on the grounds of caste, color, or creed, and physical disabilities,
- Interdisciplinary activities,
- Work Conditions,
- Sexual harassment and misconduct,
- Mental harassment, and
- Complaints regarding classroom management, completion of syllabus, teaching methodology, and fee-related issues.
Above all, if any other issues that affect the wellbeing of the students, professors, and staff members are also taken into consideration.
To express your grievance, you can file a formal complaint by filling out the required details in the forms mentioned below. For any genuine reason, if you do not wish to disclose your identity, you have an option to report your grievance anonymously.
On receipt of your grievance form, St. Mother Teresa Group of Colleges will investigate the issue that is being reported and will find an effective solution to your grievance with an impartial and fair approach. We request you to use this platform only for reporting genuine grievances and not for creating mischief.
